Switcher is a Chrome extension that fixes text typed in the wrong keyboard layout (like ghbdtn to привет). It works fully offline: layout tables and trigram language models for 12 languages are bundled inside the extension, so nothing is sent anywhere. The detection is LLM-free, just char-by-char transposition scored by a trigram model, with a Caps Lock heuristic on top.
