Project Payments Acceptable Use Preview

Product and seller-conduct rules for the private preview.

Not a live payment service. This is a draft for the test simulator. It does not enable real checkout, payouts, or fees.

1. Scope

This policy covers products offered, simulated, or prepared through Project Payments and supplements the hosting rules in the main VibeNest Terms. Passing a code or deployment review does not mean that VibeNest or a payment provider has approved the product for sale.

2. Prohibited products and activity

You may not use Project Payments for:

  • illegal products, sanctions evasion, fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, or deceptive schemes;
  • child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or products that endanger minors;
  • malware, ransomware, credential theft, botnets, unauthorized surveillance, or instructions primarily intended to cause harm;
  • products that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
  • unlicensed financial services, money transmission, stored value, investment or trading schemes, high-risk crypto products, or guaranteed-return claims;
  • gambling, lotteries, prize schemes, weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, or other regulated goods without written provider approval;
  • unsafe medical claims, unlicensed treatment, or regulated health products without the approvals required by law and the provider;
  • hate, violent-extremist, harassment, doxxing, or discriminatory products or services;
  • a marketplace, fundraising flow, resale of third-party services, or collection of money for another person unless the provider has approved that exact model in writing.

This is a minimum VibeNest list. Paddle or another approved Merchant of Record may impose a broader acceptable-use policy, country restrictions, or product review, and the stricter applicable rule controls.

3. Seller conduct

  • Describe the product, price, billing interval, trial, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and delivery accurately.
  • Do not use hidden charges, preselected consent, fake scarcity, misleading countdowns, or other dark patterns.
  • Provide the advertised product, maintain a working support channel, and respond to buyer and provider requests.
  • Use only buyer data necessary for the stated purpose and publish accurate project-specific legal pages.
  • Do not alter simulator results, replay events to obtain access, or present synthetic revenue as genuine.

4. Information we may ask for

VibeNest may request product URLs, descriptions, licences, ownership evidence, fulfilment details, terms, or provider approval. The project owner must keep this information current. Unknown product, country, or legal combinations remain simulator-only and cannot be promoted to live by an AI agent.

5. Enforcement and appeal

VibeNest may limit the integration, disable a preview, revoke agent sessions, block deployment, or report conduct to the relevant provider or authority where reasonably necessary. Except for urgent security, fraud, child-safety, or legal risks, we will aim to state the reason and allow the owner to respond. Appeals and product-review questions may be sent to info@vibenest.net.

These Project Payments drafts supplement, and do not replace, the main VibeNest Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Questions may be sent to info@vibenest.net.
